This is a Foundation Course and is must for all higher courses of SVYASA, Bangalore.
It is organised as non-residential in Kolkata once in a year.
Our next and 9th Batch starts from 1st week of 2008

*Syllabus: Includes Theory & Practice of basic Yoga Course.
*Duration: 3 months ( Sat &Sunday of every week)
*Educational Qualification: 10+2 or above
